Instructions In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add chicken. In a large skillet cook chicken breasts with Garlic Salt sprinkled on both sides, remove from pan once cooked through. In the same skillet add butter until melted, scraping the pan from the pieces of the chicken. Add in diced onions cooking until translucent.

  1. Cut chicken breast into small bite-size pieces.
  2. Slice peppers into thin strips.
  3. Pour teriyaki sauce into large skillet and heat stovetop to medium heat. Let simmer for 5 min.
  4. Add brown sugar and let simmer until it dissolves (about 5 min), stirring occasionally.
  5. Add chicken. When chicken is about halfway cooked, add peppers. Cook until chicken is cooked through and peppers are to your liking.
  6. Serve over white rice.

Add in water, teriyaki sauce and rice, bring to a boil and add chicken. Tender chicken, combined with fresh and colorful sweet red peppers, sliced carrots, broccoli, snow peas, green beans, mushrooms, and water chestnuts, lightly glazed with my Easy Teriyaki Sauce and tossed with cashews. Season the vegetables and chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Coat everything well with teriyaki sauce, reserving some for later. Place chicken in empty side of tray.
