Steps to make Beef and Taters:
  1. Brown the beef with the onions and spices.
  2. When onions are soft add tomato paste. Heat throughout mixing it well. Set aside.
  3. For the toppings; Heat the water and add tomatoes for 2-3 minutes. This will make it easier to peel.
  4. Dice the tomatoes after they are peeled.
  5. Mix the remaining ingredients for the toppings and set aside.
  6. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
  7. Fry the potato chips in the oil.
  8. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils. Add seasonings.
  9. In a deep pan with a lid add the potatoes covering the bottom.
  10. Then add a layer of the beef mixture.
  11. Then the shredded cheese.
