- Take 3 Bread slices
- Take 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
- Get 1 green chilli chopped
- Make ready 1/2 onion chopped
- Get 1/4 cup less than corn

- Prepare 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Prepare 1 pinch haldi powder
- Take 1/4 tsp jeera

- In a bowl add potatoes, red chilli powder, salt, green chilli, onion, corn and chaat masala. Mix well
- In a separate bowl add some water and salt. Dip 1 bread slice and immediately squeeze out the excess water with light hands. Place the mixed masala in centre
- Make a ball out of it. You can shape it cylinder also but I find making ball easy.
- Heat some oil to fry.
- Fry till golden brown. And they are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney
- Notes: I have used brown bread you can use any bread you like
